John Terry thinks that the Blues are going very well under the modern coaching methods of their manager, Andre Villas-Boas. They adapted well to the style of the 33 years-old from Portugal, and Terry, viewed in general as the most influential person on the Stamford Bridge, is very impressed.
“Andre’s come in and been on the ball and on the button with us all. He won’t mumble for 20, 30 minutes at a time. It’s quite short, quite brief, but he covers everything, whether that be in training or team meetings.” said Terry.
He continued: “One thing I’ve really been impressed with it is the training side of things. There is a real emphasis on the way he wants us to play, individually and collectively”.
Chelsea have yet to make a further offer for Spurs midfielder Luka Modoric but Barcelona’s teenager Oriol Romeu is set to join the team.
Romeu said: “Chelsea is a great option for me. Leaving Barca hurts, but you have to take your chances.”
After all being said, let the games begin! And I am sure that this will be a very captivating season!
