A lost king wants to come back. Everyone is excited about the possible return of David Beckham to England, better said to Premier League. Queens Park Rangers manager, Neil Warnock has dampened some speculations regarding a future move of David Beckham to Lotus Road.
The 36 years-old player is in his final year of contract with Los Angeles Galaxy and talk of a move to West London was fuelled this week when Rangers owner, Tony Fernandes, said that: “Having someone like David Beckham in the club would be great.”
In a conference Neil Warnock said: “There’s no discussion regarding the subject, but in the same time, nothing much surprises me at the club. Once again, it’s not something that we’ve talked about, not myself anyhow.”
While QPR are in a passive stance, another team expressed an interest regarding Beckham. Tottenham’s coach said: “I want Beckham with at all costs. Certainly, Beckham would still face the Premier League. He has unique qualities and an exceptional talent. We could bring him to Tottenham in the winter.”
If he would return to Tottenham, it wouldn’t be his first, after he played for them in the 1987-1991 period, while he was a junior.
